Three ways we work with your English.

Services

Translation, editing, and language consulting. One firm, three ways in.

For more than thirty years, Austrian organisations have come to us with the English they cannot afford to get wrong: annual reports and regulatory disclosures, board and investor communication, the texts that go out under real scrutiny. We work in the fields where that scrutiny is sharpest, business and finance, energy, law, tourism, and culture, and we work in them deeply rather than claiming all of them.

That work rests on two things. Experienced specialist translators whose English is native, so the language is both correct and idiomatic, and who know the subject and not only the sentence. And a documented quality process, certified to ISO 17100, that means a qualified second reader has seen the work before it reaches you.

The three services below apply that same standard at three different points, and each carries a name behind the result.

You cannot automate judgement

We Speak Your Business, Not Just Your Language

Service 1

Translation & Localisation

Your annual report, your investor presentation, your homepage, your campaign. These go in front of the people whose opinion of you is worth the most, and they are read closely, by people who notice. A translation that is merely accurate is not enough here. It has to read as though it were written in English in the first place, carry the full weight of the original, and give no one a reason to think less of you.

That is what we translate: the documents where getting the English wrong is not a typo, it is embarrassing, and expensive. From German into English, and within English for different markets, by experienced specialist translators who know your subject and write for the audience it is meant to reach.

English From the First Line

Structure, rhythm, and logic that are English throughout, so no reader would guess the text began in another language.

Fluent in Your Field

Specialist translators who command the terminology and conventions of your field, so the meaning survives, not just the words.

Localisation, not just translation

Campaigns and messages carried into another market and adjusted for the audience they need to reach, so they land as though they were made for it. Understanding the field is half of it. Understanding the market is the other half.

Service 2

Editing & Proofreading

When the English already exists, written in house or drafted by a machine, we make it safe to publish. We correct what is wrong, then sharpen tone, style, and nuance until the text does what it was meant to do, and we tell you plainly where it does not yet hold.

The catch with English produced quickly is that it usually reads well enough to feel finished, which is exactly when it goes out with something wrong in it. A professional read is what stands between good enough and genuinely ready, and for the texts that matter, ours comes with a name behind it and our ISO 17100 certification under it.

Beyond correction

Fixing what is wrong is the floor. We lift style, tone, and rhythm until the finished text reads the way you would want it to, not merely correctly.

Whatever the Source

Written in house, drafted by a machine, or both. We work with what you have and make it publishable, and we tell you honestly when a text needs more than editing.

Checked and Ready to Publish

For high-stakes material, a documented professional review with a name behind it: the assurance that someone qualified has read it before your audience does.

Service 3

Consulting Services

When the need is not a single text but the way English works across the whole organisation, we set the standards with you. The terminology you use and keep using, what your English sounds like, which content takes which route, and where the risks sit before they become mistakes.

Brand and naming decisions, communication that has to survive translation, cultural checks before something goes out, and the style guidelines that let your own people write with confidence. Prevention rather than repair.

Corporate Language and Terminology

The house style and the terminology that keep your English consistent across departments, documents, and years.

Naming and Cross-Cultural Checks

Brand names, campaigns, and messages checked before they reach a market, so nothing lands the wrong way.

Guidelines Your Team Can Use

Clear rules for who writes what, in which register, by which route, so language decisions are not made from scratch every time.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us what is on your desk.

The most useful thing we do often happens before any single text: we look at how your organisation produces and publishes its English, where it is exposed, and what would make the whole thing steadier. Sometimes that leads to a translation, sometimes to a second pair of eyes on what your team already writes, sometimes to a set of standards that saves everyone the guesswork. Tell us how English works in your organisation today, and we will tell you where it can be stronger.
